5.6 magnitude earthquake hits Bhutan, tremors felt in India, China, Nepal

An Earthquake of magnitude 5.6 struck Bhutan on Sunday night Earthquake hits Bhutan’s Punakha region. The quake hit the region around 11:09 PM at a depth of 10 kms, according to United States Geological Survey (USGS). The tremors were also felt in India’s West Bengal, China and Nepal.

So far, no reports of any damage or loss of life is reported, however, relevant agencies are monitoring the situation.
