SRA survey stopped at behest of local MLA, Bombay HC told by Kandivli hosuing society

The Bombay High Court has ordered the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) to explain why a survey for a Kandivli redevelopment scheme was halted. The court was informed the stoppage occurred at the request of local MLA Yogesh Sagar. A society of 285 slumdwellers seeks the finalization of eligible persons for permanent accommodation.
