Former Maoist commander Bhupati released an emotional video urging cadres to abandon armed struggle after reports of top leader Hidma’s death. Having surrendered with 60 others, Bhupati stated their group laid down arms a month ago, believing constitutional means are now more relevant for addressing people’s issues.
