A commuter’s seat dispute on a Mumbai local train turned violent, injuring an innocent bystander. Yogendra Buddha, accused of pelting a stone that hit Nishant Khatri in the eye, was arrested by Government Railway Police. The incident occurred Tuesday night, and Buddha was apprehended after CCTV footage led authorities to him.
