India, June 23 — US Israel Iran War Latest News: Iran’s chief negotiator and parliamentary speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Tuesday that the Strait of Hormuz would continue to remain under Iran’s administration and would not return to the situation that existed before the recent conflict.
According to AFP, Ghalibaf declared that “the Strait of Hormuz will never return to its pre-war conditions and will be administered by the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
The strategic waterway links the Persian Gulf with the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea. It is one of the world’s most important routes for oil and gas exports, making any developments there closely watched by the international community.
