Actress Kajol has entered a significant real estate investment by renting out her premium retail unit in Mumbai’s Goregaon West. The property, purchased in March 2025, will generate a steady income of Rs. 6.9 lakh per month initially, with planned increments over a nine-year lease, totaling an estimated Rs. 8.6 crore.
