Four youths tragically died of suffocation in Kanpur after sleeping beside a fire in a closed room at an oilseeds company plant. The victims were discovered by factory staff in the morning after the room was forced open. Preliminary investigations suggest the deaths were caused by a lack of oxygen from burning coal.
