The complaint by Raj Bhawan commission of offence under Section 151 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita (BNS) which is non bailable in nature. Governor Bose had indicated that he will take strongest possible action against the Trinamool MP for the remark that arms were distributed from Raj Bhawan.
